Megan tweets about next episode -- Derpy?

Equestria Daily reported about a tweet by show writer, Megan McCarthy saying "bronies will lose thier minds". Could this be related to the tweet from last time that talked about a background character? And two days ago I was just posting another mysterious reply regarding Derpy specifically, too...

Could this be Derpy?

I'm starting to sound like a lame episode of Ancient Aliens. What do you all think?
