I found the
Derpy topper lip balm on TRU's website! It's kinda steep at $9.99 + nearly $8 for shipping, but you could always use the Pick up at Store option. Check your local TRU to see if they have them first. :)

Edit: I went to pick this up at my local TRU, but ended up going out of town first, so I stopped at a nearby one in Katy. The app on my phone said it wasn't availible, but when I went in 2 lip balms were on the shelf (as well, when I looked up I saw her on an official sign! Completely wall eyed! I was escatic I took some photos for you all.) I snagged the best looking one, which I'll be reviewing in a few days. Also, Rainbow Dash is added to my availible list now for anyone wondering. She comes on the matching cotton candy balm. (Derpy is on Fluttershy's Lemon flavorered lip balm. The caps aren't removable from the figures.)
